The legendary Laitilan Kukko Lager is now also available as a non-alcoholic beer. It retains the familiar and genuine flavour profile of Laitilan Kukko Lager because our use of state-of-the-art techniques, finest raw materials and highly skilled brewers means there is no need to add aroma or unfermented wort to non-alcoholic Kukko beers.

Laitilan Kukko Lager Alcohol-free has a clean and fresh malty aroma with hops coming through nicely from the light malty body. The taste is round and malty and, thanks to the fresh hopping, lively bitter. The aftertaste harmoniously lingers thanks to the balance of malt and hops.

Laitilan non-alcoholic Kukko beers are the first non-alcoholic beers brewed in Finland that are not produced using the arrested fermentation method. In the arrested fermentation method, the wort only comes into contact with yeast for a few hours. While this prevents the formation of alcohol in the wort, it also prevents the wort from developing many of the the flavours and aromas that beer is known for. Kukko Lager non-alcoholic beer is produced by removing the alcohol from the original Kukko Lager beer without distillation, preserving its celebrated original flavour.

Kukko Lager Alcohol-free also suits gluten-free diets and coeliacs. It contains no added starch or sugar.
