Laitilan Kukko Mosaic Lager is a pale filtered full-malt beer. American Mosaic hops have been ex-clusively used as both the bittering hops and the aroma hops for this beer. The generous use of Mosaic hops gives this beer a fresh, citrusy, fruity and slightly herbal character. The beer mashing process has been used to maximise the degree of fermentation and minimise the carbohydrate content of the end product. This makes Laitilan Kukko Mosaic Lager suitable for all kinds of beer connoisseurs, including those who prefer lighter beverages.
