Laitilan Kukko Citra Lager is a pale filtered full-malt beer. American Citra hops have been exclusively used as both the aroma hops and the bittering hops for this beer. The generous use of this single variety of hops gives this lager a fresh, citrusy and floral character with a hint of tropical fruit. The beer mashing process has been used to maximise the degree of fermentation and minimise the carbohydrate content of the end product. This makes Laitilan Kukko Citra Lager suitable for all kinds of beer connoisseurs, including those who prefer lighter beverages.
