Laitilan Kukko Amarillo Dark Lager is a dark filtered full-malt beer. American Amarillo hops have been exclusively used as both the aroma hops and the bittering hops for this beer. The generous use of this single variety of hops gives this lager accents of grapefruit, apricot and peach and a slightly floral character. The beer mashing process has been used to maximise the degree of fermentation and minimise the carbohydrate content of the end product. This makes Laitilan Kukko Amarillo Dark Lager suitable for all kinds of beer connoisseurs, including those who prefer lighter beverages.
